Return and Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges:
Our return and exchange policy is 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for return or exchange:
In order to make a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return or exchange.
Refund (if applicable):
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you when your refund is approved or denied.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited to the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company; It may take some time for your refund to be officially sent.
Then contact your bank; There may be a processing period required before your refund is sent.

Replacement (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange an item for the same product, please email info@mommishop.com and we will contact you immediately.

Shipping costs for returning the item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable.
The time it takes to receive the replaced product may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item with a value over 100 euros, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee safe receipt of your returned item.
