Shipped orders : If the order has already been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel it directly. In this case, we kindly ask you to receive the package as expected and refer to our return and exchange policy for further assistance.
Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
