Standard item processing times

All standard items are processed within 4 days and sent to the warehouse for shipping. To speed up your order process, we offer priority processing, ensuring your product ships within 48 hours or 2 business days.

Processing times for custom orders vary depending on the level of detail required for the product. Please refer to each product page to identify the corresponding processing and production times.

Shipping Times

We offer free shipping worldwide on orders over €30; otherwise the standard shipping rate is €4.99.

Standard shipping times are as follows:
UK: 4-7 working days*
Europe: 1-2 weeks*
United States: 1-2 weeks*
Middle East: 3 weeks*
Central Asia: 3 weeks*
Australia and New Zealand: 2-4 weeks*
South America: 2-5 weeks*

*Estimated delivery times are "estimates" based on recent deliveries and should not be considered guaranteed delivery times. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process runs as efficiently as possible, but in the event of late delivery we do not issue any refunds. We do not currently offer an express shipping option due to associated costs.

Shipping taxes

Since we ship with a premium shipping method, all taxes are included, so you won't have to pay them when you receive your products.

Payment methods accepted 

We are proudly verified through Verisign and Norton security gateway. Because we partner with Shopify Payment or Stripe, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. We also offer quick payment and checkout options, including Paypal, ClearPay, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
